Quoting Kangana statement in the interview while talking about Sushant’s suicide: “If I have said anything, which I can’t testify(referring to the video she posted on Instagram bashing Bollywood after Sushant’s death), which I can’t prove, and which is not in the public domain, I will return my Padma Shri.” She further adds, “I don’t deserve it. The actress also slams the investigation of the Mumbai Police and questions ‘why Mumbai Police is not summoning –Aditya Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar, Rajeev Masand?’ She further adds, “Why, because they are powerful?” Kangana questions the Police harassment faced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shekhar Kapur as she believes that they weren’t the right people to be interrogated in Shusant’s death case. Kangana said, “Sushant’s family shouldn’t be harassed because these people are too powerful. These people aren’t even summoned. Mumbai Police investigation is a complete sham. I have said no to Bhansali’s Padmaavat but he hasn’t done anything vengeful. He doesn’t gang up on anyone but he’s being summoned. Shekhar Kapur, a God-like figure in the industry is being summoned.”

Since the death of the Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput on 14th June, a lot has been said and done. It seems like the Hindi film industry has been divided into two groups. One is the insiders or those actors coming from the film background and have a good connection in the industry. Second is the outsiders or raw and talented actors who made their place in the industry on their own. The whole country is still recovering from the death of the young and talented actor, Shushant Singh Rajput and his fans want justice for him by letting CBI handle this case.
